While our bread and butter is consultation, collaboration, strategic planning, teaching, and specific recommendations, we can build services to meet your needs.

Our Services

Individual Consultation

We begin with our custom intake process to understand your needs and context. Then we conduct an hour meeting. We hear you and clarify your needs. We support you toward your goals with expert knowledge and a tailored plan that you can use to create change.

Programmed Consultation

Some challenges require more knowledge, up-skilling or collective understanding and processing. We can facilitate these needs with trainings and speaking events built to respond to your specific needs. For example:

  • Mental health responding

  • Suicide and support

  • Relational skills and care

  • Faith and formation

Training & Speaking

We begin with our custom intake process to understand your needs and context. Then we conduct an initial meeting. We hear you and clarify your needs. We will review the scope of your ministry challenges and provide a tailored response that includes follow up meetings, and specific steps for you to take between meetings.

We continue to revise and evolve our plan based on changing ministry dynamics and needs.

On-Call Consultation

We build lasting relationships with ministries and utilize a retention model so that you can receive priority responses as you need them. This approach works for contexts that have emerging needs or complex dynamics.

We recognize the common challenge of busy schedules and diverse locations. Many partnerships work online via zoom and other platforms. When required, we can come to you.

In-person & Online

Questions we have been asked … (amongst others)

“How can we understand  ‘mental health’ as Christians?”

“How do we respond to suicidal people?”

“How can we respond to people who say Christianity invalidates their feelings?”

“How can we work well with counselors who think differently?”

“What do we do with this person/situation?”

“How can we help people see Jesus as central to mental health?”

Virtual Meetings or In-person

We balance relational, economic, and practical variables to work with you in the most effective manner. Often a partnership starts online (unless we are local to one another), and can evolve into in-person or site visits as necessary.

For teaching and speaking engagements we prefer to be in-person if at all possible within the project budget. We can discuss this with you as needed.
